Microwave- Simply pierce the plastic film a few times and heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes (based on a 1000W microwave). Let it sit for a minute before removing the film and enjoy.

Oven heating- Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan forced) or 180°C (conventional). Remove the plastic film, transfer the meal to an oven-safe dish, cover with foil, and heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot throughout. Always ensure the food is piping hot before serving, and do not place the plastic container in the oven.
