Microwave- Simply pierce the plastic film a few times and heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes (based on a 1000W microwave). Let it sit for a minute before removing the film and enjoy.

Note :- Heating time may vary depending on your microwave wattage. Ensure food is piping hot before serving

Oven heating- Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan forced) or 180°C (conventional).
