Shipping charges and minimum order

All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD).

• Minimum order: $79.99.
• Orders from $80 to $99.99: $14.99 delivery.
• Orders of $100 or more: free delivery.

Enter your delivery address at checkout to check availability and the final delivery charge before paying. If you use a promotional code, check the updated order total and delivery charge after applying it. If no delivery option appears, or you are unsure about a charge, please contact us before placing your order.

Order cutoff: Sunday at 11:59pm

Place your order by 11:59pm on Sunday, Sydney time (AEST or AEDT, depending on daylight saving), for the following week's delivery run. We deliver once a week to each region.

Orders placed after the Sunday cutoff are scheduled for the next weekly delivery cycle. For example, an order placed on Monday is scheduled after the next Sunday cutoff, rather than for the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday immediately following that Monday.

Delivery areas, days and times

We deliver to eligible addresses in the regions listed below. Regional coverage does not mean every suburb or postcode is serviced. Check your full address at checkout or contact us to confirm coverage.

Delivery windows are shown in local time at the delivery address. Your delivery day will be confirmed by email after you place your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, peak periods or delivery disruptions.

Order confirmation and delivery updates

Check your order confirmation email for your order details and delivery-day confirmation. Please provide a current email address and mobile number at checkout; SMS delivery updates may be available. If you have not received confirmation, check your spam or junk folder and contact us with your order number.

Packaging and keeping your food fresh

Orders are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs and transported in refrigerated delivery vehicles.

Bring your order inside promptly when it arrives. Refrigerate chilled products immediately, put frozen products in the freezer promptly and follow the storage instructions on each product's label.

If you are not home

If you are not home, our driver will leave your parcel in a safe location at your doorstep. Add any delivery instructions at checkout, including gate codes, building access details and your preferred safe location. Please arrange for someone to bring perishable items inside promptly.

If your address has restricted access or no suitable safe place, contact us before delivery so we can discuss the arrangements.

Address changes, cancellations and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address, postcode and contact details before paying. If you need to correct your address, change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes and cancellations can only be made before the order is processed for shipment; once packed or dispatched, we cannot cancel it.

If your order has not arrived as expected, or an item is missing, incorrect, damaged or appears unsafe, contact us promptly with your order number and photos where relevant. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for further information.
